Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@studiomargaret.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@studiomargaret.com.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Shipping Returns You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
